  3. WildCard Download replacement PPE. Allows the
  4. user to SELECT which files to download first,
  5. instead of having ALL files flagged by PCB,
  6. then editing the list before downloading.
  7. Users can select files by NUMBERS, or by
  8. RANGES of NUMBERS.  A wonderful interface to
  9. improve Wildcard Downloading on your BBS.
